Do you Provide Alcohol?

No. All alcohol must be purchased before the event. This allows us to ensure quality and compliance with licensing regulations due to Canadian liquor laws, which prohibit the sale of alcohol through mobile services. By purchasing your alcohol, you not only save money by avoiding premium charges but also gain the flexibility to tailor your bar to your exact preferences.

Are you able to serve mocktails?

Yes! And we can work with you to curate a menu that suits your event/vibe!

DO i need a permit to hire you?

A liquor license is not required, but a permit might be required depending on the type of event, where it is held, and who will be attending. The short answer is, for a family event (wedding, birthday, reunion, memorial etc.) on your own residential property where guests are invited and the bar is hosted, no permit is required. A Special Event Permit will be required for any event where liquor or event tickets will be sold (either beforehand or at the door), on any property, private or public. We recommend contacting your local licensing authority for guidance on the specific requirements and application process. Please ensure you bring your liquor license (if applicable) to your event, as we will require a physical copy to have behind the bar!

What about insurance?

We obtain General Liability Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance, and all of our bartenders are Smart Choices certified. It is the responsibility of the host to ensure all other proper licensing and insurance is in place for the event.

I need bartenders, but don’t need the camper, can you help with this?

Yes, we would be thrilled! Please reach out via email to discuss.

Can I sell tickets or charge for drinks to cover my costs?

Yes. However, when tickets are sold to an event you will need to have a Special Events Permit (SEP). Note that, generally, an SEP will not be issued for special events designed to make a profit unless the purpose of the event is to raise funds for a charitable cause.

What Area Do you Serve?

We are located in Southeast Manitoba but will travel within the province of Manitoba for a fee.

Can you Serve draft beer?

No, we do not have a Keg system.

What payment Methods do you accept?

We accept cash or e-transfer.

How much space does the bar need?

Our little Forester is quite compact. We will require 50ft. X 50ft. to set the camper up comfortably. If you have space concerns, reach out so we can chat further.

How do I secure my preferred date?

To secure your preferred date, a deposit of half the service total is required. This deposit confirms our commitment to your event and helps us allocate resources to make it a success.
